We have been bringing you the latest sunglasses from Tom Ford's new collection and it's been causing a bit of a stir! This week is no exception and we're giving you a peak at the big and beautiful frames that will add a little bit of 70's glamour to your Autumn wardrobe.

The Margot model dons the iconic twist detailing that has been seen in previous models such as Charlie and Sonja, yet there is something wonderfully distinct about this stylised frame. The detailing at the bridge is a more prominent, accentuated design resulting in a quirky alternative to the regular rounded frames. And yet the shape is still soft and perfectly wearable - bold but not overbearing. Margot is available in black and light tortoise brown, both with gradient tinted lenses perfect for the summer daytime look. This chunkier acetate rim creates a statement piece that will not simply add to your look but become the integral accessory that will result in a well honed retro-chic ensemble.

The Nicola frame is a more subtle alternative but still boasts the larger lens that creates that 70's inspired look. A thinner, more elegant frame creates a slightly more wearable sunglass for those who don't dare to go so bold. The Autumnal designer collections of 2011 have seen a resurgence in black and brown tones and Mr Tom Ford's range is no exception. The brown model pictured below is a great alternative to the black and has the additional speckled tortoise detailed legs. The rich caramel tones are complimented by the gold "T" detailing at the temple - the defining feature of a true Tom Ford. This is a subtle sunglass creating an overall more sophisticated look, coming to Pretavoir soon...
