Guess Sunglasses

GUESS sunglasses adopt the same glamorous, youthful, Californian-chic aesthetic incorporated in the brand's clothing and accessories designs.

The GUESS Sunglasses Collection

This sunglasses collection is classic yet stylish and suitable for both men and women. The 'GUESS' name tends to be monogrammed in a coloured metal or a motif that encloses the iconic "G" - repeated to enforce the brand’s identity across the sunglasses leg. Their eyewear features a range of styles with animal prints, bold patterns, colour blocking and metal detailing. The material TR90 is used for most of their styles. TR90 is a biologically compatible composition of nylon and carbon fibre possessing lightweight, flexible and resistant qualities to ensure greater comfort and strength.

The Marcolin company is responsible for GUESS Sunglasses, and they have been responsible for the design, production, and distribution of GUESS eyewear since 2013. However, GUESS eyewear still adopts the contemporary Californian chic design we all know and love. GUESS also adopts a contemporary European premium style - again making GUESS?, Inc. one of the most widely recognisable fashion brands worldwide.

The Identifiable Guess Logo & the History Behind The Brand

GUESS' historic logo is easily recognisable with its red inverted triangle containing the word GUESS, written in capital letters. The GUESS brand was established in 1981 by the Marciano brothers. They left the South of France in pursuit of the American dream. Inspired by a European upbringing, the Marciano’s put their unique touch on the apparel industry, redefining denim.

GUESS is also known for its classic, old-school, black-and-white advertising campaigns. They are known to have established relationships with some of the biggest names in Hollywood and are responsible for boosting several (now-established) model careers. That includes the likes of Hailey Bieber and Gigi Hadid. Some huge Hollywood names have also been featured in their campaigns. In 2018, JLo starred in the Guess Sunglasses campaign, making her the oldest Guess model in history, which was admired by fashion enthusiasts worldwide. It was revolutionary, as she still displayed glamour and style regardless of age. Their collaborations with A$AP Rocky and J Balvin have also helped the brand navigate into the streetwear market featuring oversized, hip-hop-style garments.
