We ship through Royal Mail™, the United Kingdom's trusty postal service, which handles over 80 million items of mail per day. Every shipment is secure, recorded and traceable. We also offer a premium Parcelforce™ courier service at an additional charge of £32.95, which delivers in 3-4 working days worldwide.
Our items are carefully hand-packed by the same team of individuals that process your order for our daily post collection. You will receive an automatic e-mail notification upon your order being dispatched which will include your individual tracking number so you can follow your delivery's progress right to your door. All services used are signed-for, so if nobody will be home when your local post arrives, you may wish to provide us with an alternate address such as your place of work.
If the item you have ordered is currently out of stock, we will e-mail you to advise the exact timeframe expected--typically this is no more than an additional 3-7 working days. In the event the timeframe quoted proves to be unworkable, we can arrange a refund in moments. If ordering prescription eyewear, most UK based orders are delivered within 7 working days (please allow 7 days plus additional shipping times quoted below for countries outside of the UK); occasionally more complex jobs or prescription orders of particular brands such as ic!Berlin, Tag Heuer and other rimless, tinted or high-curvature lenses can take slightly longer. You will be advised accordingly by our dedicated team, who will contact you within one working day of placing your order.

Every order over £100 is despatched via Royal Mail™ Special Delivery (a next-working day service), and any order under £100 will be despatched via Royal Mail™ First Class Recorded (between 1-3 working days).

The estimated shipping time to Western Europe is 2-3 working days; the estimated shipping time to Eastern Europe is 3-5 working days. Everywhere else is quoted between 7-14 working days, though Royal Mail Airsure™ often delivers much sooner, with some startling reports from our Australian-based customers stating they have received items as early as 4-5 working days after despatch.

Further Shipping Information
If you have missed your delivery, keep calm; your local post should leave a "while you were out" card, which you can use to re-arrange delivery online or over the telephone, or alternately pop down to your local post office to retrieve your parcel in person. Sometimes an item will be signed for by a neighbour as well. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your delivery, we are always here to offer additional support and advice. Returns and Exchanges
In the event that an item received is unsuitable, we are happy to process an exchange or return within 7 days of receipt of your order for all orders within the UK, and within 14 days internationally.
We ask that you e-mail us to let us know, and then print out and fill in our returns form.

You will need to post your item to us securely, with all original packaging and the completed returns form using a recorded delivery service to the following address:

Your order must be received back at our office within the above timeframe quoted. The item must be unworn and in pristine condition to qualify for a refund. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of lenses if returning prescription eyewear, and return postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty or if there has been an error on our part.
All of our items are covered by a minimum one year manufacturer guarantee against faults. If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us with the details of the faulty item, the full name the original order was originally placed under, the date of the order, the e-mail address and order number if you have it.
